You Made It Happen: 104 Pets Adopted from PMHS This July

Butter. Cornbread. Ciabatta. Cole Slaw. Cream Puff. Baguette. Cupcake. Pizza Hut. Tang (if you know, you know). Marmalade. Pancake. We’re sensing a theme… or we just really like food and love to name animals after some of our favorites.

Anyway! July was a busy month at Pope Memorial Humane Society! Triple-digit adoptions! 104 animals were adopted in July at PMHS. 104 new families! Cats (including a LOT of kittens), dogs, and even a few rabbits all found their people.

We’ll say it again (and again): this doesn’t happen without you.

You adopted.

You volunteered your time.
You donated supplies and money.
You told your friends about us.
You rooted for our animals.

We’re grateful every single day to be part of a community that shows up for homeless pets.
