Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Birds, and More Find Homes Through PMHS in May
May is traditionally a slower month at Pope Memorial Humane Society. Between proms, graduations, end-of-school activities, and summer plans, many families are understandably focused on busy schedules and upcoming adventures. Even so, it was a month worth celebrating at PMHS.
Throughout May, 35 animals found homes, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and cockatiels. An additional 13 animals were reunited with their families! Every adoption and reunion represents a new chapter, not only for the animals involved but also for the people who helped make those outcomes possible.
Whether you’ve adopted, fostered, volunteered, donated, shared a post, or simply followed along and cheered us on, you are part of these stories. We are fortunate to be a part of a community that believes in making a difference in the lives of homeless pets in need!
Most importantly, thank you to our adopters for opening your hearts and homes. We can’t wait to see adoption updates, but in the meantime, give your new family member(s) a treat from all of us at PMHS!
