Community Kindness at Work: 89 Shelter Pets Found Homes

Happy November, awesome community!! You know what a new month means… It’s time to celebrate last month!!

October was a busy month at Pope Memorial Humane Society. Even though we were closed for a week for our twice-annual maintenance and repair week, 89 animals still found their new families. Yup, you read that correctly: 89 animals were adopted through Pope Memorial Humane Society in October. Cats, dogs, birds, and even a pair of rats all found their people!

We are beyond grateful for the support of you, our community. Your kindness, generosity, and patience. You continue to show up for these animals. These adoptions would not have been possible without you. Thank you for donating, volunteering, and adopting. YOU make a difference every single day in the lives of homeless pets in need!
